Full proposal: This application seeks to vary the wording of Condition 15 of Planning approval LA08/2017/0784/F for residential development. The condition reads "No dwelling shall be occupied until the open space areas as shown on the Landscape Proposals Plan drawing No 90 date received 6th December 2017 has been laid out in accordance with this plan and then shall not thereafter be used for any purpose other than as open space." The variation sought would read "No dwelling within phase 3 as indicated on Drawing No.02 (REV 1) date stamped received 25 July 2018 shall be occupied until the open space areas as shown on the Landscape Proposals Plan drawing No.90 date received 6th December 2017 (under planning application LA08/2017/0784/F) has been laid out in accordance with this plan and then shall not thereafter be used for any purpose other than as open space."
