Full proposal: Discharge of conditions 2 3 5 & 7 on Application N/2008/0223/F - Erection of 113 dwellings comprising 29 detached and 84 semi detached dwellings and garages (Amended scheme.) Condition 2 - No development shall take place until full details of all proposed tree and shrub planting and a programme of works for the areas shown hatched black on drawing No 18 date received 1st November 2013 have been approved in writing by the Department and all tree and shrub planting shall be carried out in accordance with those details and at those times. Condition 3 - A landscape management plan including long term design objectives performance indicators management responsibilities and maintenance schedules for ail landscaped areas other than small privately owned domestic gardens shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Department prior to the occupation of the development or any phase of the development whichever is the sooner. The landscape management shall be carried out as approved. Condition 5 - No development shall take place until details of the green space/amenity space areas as shown on drawing No 18 date received 1st November 2013 and a management scheme for its future maintenance has been submitted to and agreed in writing with the Department. Condition 7 - The plans and particulars submitted in accordance with Condition 2 above shall include details of the site preparation planting methods medium and additives together with the species size and time of planting presentation location spacing and numbers of all trees and shrubs to be planted and the proposed time of planting.
