Full proposal: Discharge of condition 1 of approval 2013/A0180 (O/2013/0364) Prior to the commencement of development details of the 462m of mitigation planting to the area outside the buffer zone marked A-B and C-D as shown on the attached Dwgs annotated PAC 1 and PAC 2 respectively shall be submitted to and approved by the Department. The identified hedgerow and tree stumps with the potential to be used by bats within the buffer zone (marked E-F and G-H) as shown on attached Dwg PAC 2 shall be removed outside the bird breeding season. Any subsequent regeneration of boundary vegetation within the buffer zone during the operational life of the turbine shall be removed
