Full proposal: Discharge of condition 4 of the PAC Approval Conditions No development shall take place until there has been submitted to and approved by the Department a landscaping scheme illustrating :- a. the retention of all existing boundary trees and hedgerows other than those whose removal is required for the provision of required visibility splays. b. details of location numbers species and sizes of trees and shrubs to be planted within the site in broad compliance with that illustrated in drawing 02 (Rev 3). c. the planting of a native species hedge behind the required visibility splays. The scheme of planting as finally approved shall be carried out during the first planting season after the buildings are occupied. Trees or shrubs dying removed or becoming seriously damaged within five years of being planted shall be replaced in the next planting season with others of a similar size and species unless the Department gives written consent to any variation.
