Full proposal: Discharge of condition 6 of Planning Appeal Decision 2013/A0180 - The permission shall be for a limited period expiring 25 years from the date on which electricity from the turbine is connected to the grid. Within 12 months of the cessation of electricity generation at the site or upon the expiration of this permission whichever is sooner the structure shall be removed and all land affected by the development restored in accordance with a decommissioning scheme submitted to and approved by the Department prior to the commencement of any works.
