Full proposal: The property is currently a 2 storey 3 bedroom detached dwelling with a single storey integrated garage the proposal is for an additional bedroom and en-suite to be built over the existing garage. The new ridge level will be lower than the existing ridge of the house. The existing footprint of the dwelling will not be changed and all works will be be completed within the site boundary.
