Full proposal: Remodelling of existing open space within the Conservation Area to incorporate the external display of an original restored tram from the Bessbrook and Newry Tram Co. complete with platform associated access steps/ramps and roof canopy over. Construction of the platform will require the demolition of the existing covered shelter and a portion of the north wall of the 'Tirzah'.
