Full proposal: This Section 54 application seeks to vary the wording of Condition 1 of LA07/2015/1359/F to allow for an extension of time (2 years) to take account of the delay caused by the COVID 19 pandemic over the last circa 18 months. Condition 1 currently reads; "The permission hereby granted shall be for a limited period of two years formt he date of commencement which must be on or before 8th February 2020. At the end of the two year extraction period all extraction shall cease and all machinery and equipment brought onto the site in connection with the extraction of sand and gravel shall be removed."
