Full proposal: Partial reinstatement of a historic path and creation of a section of new path to link accessible parking at Castleward to house and collection. The development will also close off a section of path which was created c1970's. This section of path is not appropriate to the setting and due to its steep gradient and uneven surface creates difficulties in terms of access. The new path network will form an integral part of a wider access improvements project which is funded by the Department of Communities under the access and Inclusion Programme.
