Full proposal: This application is made under Section 54 of the Planning Act (NI) 2011 for variation of condition 23 of the previously approved application LA07/2018/0073/F for Proposed Housing Development of 16 detached dwellings landscaping car parking and all associated site works which reads `The construction of the dwellings hereby approved shall not commence until the proposed training pitch with ball stops and associated fencing 300m athletic circuit and extension to existing running/walking perimeter path approved under file reference number LA07/2018/0094/F has been fully developed and is operational. It is proposed to amend this condition to read: `The construction of dwellings numbered 11 to 16 approved under file reference number LA07/2018/0073/F shall not be commenced until the proposed training pitch with ball stops and associated fencing 300m athletic circuit and extension to existing running/walking perimeter path approved under planning application LA07/2018/0094/F has been fully developed and is operational.
