Full proposal: A mixed use development proposal including the retention and refurbishment of the existing Bessbrook Mill complex which is a Listed Building. The residential aspect of the proposal will provide for 270 No residential units comprising 206 No apartments and 64 No town houses. The housing mix will incorporate a mixture of private and social housing units located across the site. Neighbourhood facilities proposed will include provision of a doctors surgery a creche a local shop salon and residents gym.
