Full proposal: Discharge of conditions 2 3 and 8 of permission LA07/2015/0989/F Condition 2 : A Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP) must be submitted to Newry Mourne and Down District Council Planning Department by the appointed contractor for agreement prior to any works commencing. This should include detail of all construction and earthworks to be undertaken and pollution prevention measures to be employed on site during construction works to prevent contamination/pollution entering the storm drainage system which leads to Strangford Lough SPA / SAC / Ramsar. Condition 3 : A Quantitative Risk Assessment must be completed identifying all potential sources pathways and receptors identified in the Preliminary Risk Assessment conducted for application R/2010/0420. Should unacceptable risks be identified a remediation strategy must also be submitted prior to the commencement of any works on site. Condition 8 : A Comprehensive Risk Assessment and Remediation Strategy shall be submitted to and approved by Newry Mourne and Down Council (for consultation with NIEA) prior to any works commencing on site.
