Full proposal: Discharge of Condition 7 of previously approved application LA06/2021/1438/F which states;The existing trees within the site as indicated on Drawing No.06 (and not already protected by a Tree Preservation Order) shall be retained unless identified for removal on the approved plans. No retained tree shall be cut down uprooted or destroyed or have its roots damaged within the crown spread nor shall arboricultural work or tree surgery take place or any retained tree be topped or lopped other than in accordance with the approved plans and particulars without the written consent of the Council. Any arboricultural work or tree surgery approved shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant British Standard 3998: 2010.Reason: To ensure the continuity of amenity afforded by the existing trees.
