Full proposal: Erection of 80 bed care home - Discharge of condition 5 of Planning Approval LA06/2019/1082/F which states - No development or piling work shall commence on this site until a piling risk assessment has been submitted in writing and agreed with the Council. This Condition only applies if a piling foundation is being used at the site.
