Full proposal: Variation of Condition 3 of Planning Approval: X/2015/0180/F from 'No other dwelling hereby permitted shall be commenced until works necessary for the improvement of a public road have been completed in accordance with the details outlined blue on Drawing No. 34 bearing the date stamp 22nd September 2016.
