Full proposal: Discharge of Condition 10 of Planning Approval LA06/2019/1251/F which reads - In the event that piling is required on this site no piling work shall commence until a piling risk assessment has been submitted in writing and agreed with the Council. Piling risk assessments should be undertaken in accordance with the methodology contained within the Environment Agency document on Piling and Penetrative Ground Improvement Methods on Land Affected by Contamination: Guidance on Pollution Prevention available at: http://webarchive.nationalarchives.gov.uk/20140328084622/http:/cdn.environmentagencygov.uk/scho0202bisw-e-e.pdf. In the event of unacceptable risks being identified a remediation strategy shall be agreed with the Council in writing and subsequently implemented and verified to its satisfaction.
