Full proposal: Discharge of Condition 9 of planning approval LA06/2016/0370/F which states "The development shall be served by a package sewage treatment plant within the site as indicated on Drawing No. LA06/2016/0370/02C bearing the date stamp 8th August 2017 until such time as the waste water treatment works for Loughries has been upgraded. Drawings and specifications of the package plant and arrangements for its management and maintenance together with plans showing how the development is eventually to be connected to the public sewerage system shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Council prior to the commencement of any development. The dwellings shall not be occupied until the package plant has been installed as approved and is fully operational and provision for eventual connection to a public sewer has been made as approved. The package plant shall be managed and maintained in accordance with the approved arrangements."
