Full proposal: Discharge of condition 6 of Planning Application LA06/2020/0374/F - Prior to the commencement of works a Noise Management Plan shall be prepared submitted and agreed with the Council's Environmental Health Department. This plan should include an assessment which should have reference to BS 5228-1:2009+A1:2014 and contain the information below as a minimum: establish background sound levels in various locations in the area by monitoring over a sufficient duration to be representative. Set threshold levels based on the background sound levels obtained. These levels should be checked via regular monitoring of the site environs. Devise establish maintain and enforce measures to control the construction noise from the site All works shall be carried out in accordance with the Noise Management Plan as approved. Reason: To ensure the occupiers of nearby residential dwellings are not adversely affected by noise from the construction work and any associated vehicle movements to and from the contractor?s compounds.
