Full proposal: Discharge of conditions 4 and 6 of Planning Approval LA06/2018/0955/F which state: 4: Details of the design and finishes of the vertical louvred panels as indicated on the window on the western elevation on Drawing 08B date stamped 27th August 2019 shall be submitted to the Council for approval and installed within 8 weeks of the date of this permission. The louvres shall be installed in accordance with the approved details and retained in perpetuity thereafter. 6: Details of the proposed hedge and screen planting as indicated on Drawing 04B date stamped 21st August 2019 and Drawing 09 date stamped 27th August 2019 shall be submitted to the Council for approval within 8 weeks of the date of this permission. The landscaping works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details during the first available planting season following approval and shall be retained in perpetuity thereafter.
