Full proposal: The development memorial stone was erected following planning permission in 2016 (LA06/2016/0376) The proposal is to remove the existing stone from its concrete base and install a new base with existing stone affixed to it. The proposed plinth will be black granite with a fine honed finish which is durable and will complement the existing limestone.
