Full proposal: The condition to be removed relates to both Outline Application X/2004/0053/O Condition 3 and Reserved Matters Application X/2006/0582/RM Condition 2. The condition states The occupation of the dwelling shall be limited to a person solely or mainly employed or last employed in the locality in agriculture as defined in Article 2 (2) of the Planning (Northern Ireland) Order 1991 forestry or fishing (including any dependents of such person residing with him) or a widow or widower of such a person. The reason for removal is due to the restriction on occupancy. Given that provision of agricultural occupancy conditions is not present in the current planning policy (PPS 21 Sustainable Development in the Countryside) and that guidance exists on the removal of the same this condition is no longer applicable.
