Full proposal: Proposed retention of existing previously altered agricultural entrance on the Hillhead Road to facilitate access for agricultural machinery and potential future construction traffic. (in non-compliance with Condition 1 of previously approved application reference X/2012/0372/F granted 11th January 2013 - The access and associated stoned lane within the fields to the northwest of 15 Ballystockart Road is hereby permitted for the duration of the construction works associated with the implementation of the approval under reference- X/2011/0739/F. Following the construction of the approval under planning reference - X/2011/0739/F and prior to its utilisation the affected lands will be restored to its former condition by removing the stoned tracks and resoiling and reseeding the affected lands and replacing removed parts of the hedgerow at the access to the Department's satisfaction.")
