Full proposal: Erection of 57 dwellings comprising mix of detached and semi-detached dwellings open space and ancillary works. Variation of condition 8 of approval X/2013/0336/RM from - No part of the development hereby permitted shall be occupied until the works necessary for the improvement of the public road have been completed in accordance with the details outlined in blue on drawing number 43 Rev 2 in accordance with condition number 7 above. The Department hereby attaches to the determination a requirement under Article 3 (4A) of the above order that such works shall be carried out in accordance with an agreement under Article 3 (4C). To - No more than 1 dwelling hereby permitted shall be occupied until the works necessary for the improvement of the public road have been completed in accordance with condition number 7 above. The Department for Infrastructure hereby attaches to the determination a requirement under Article 3(4A) of the above Order that such works shall be carried out in accordance with an agreement under Article 3(4c).
