Full proposal: Removal of Condition 1 from LA05/2025/0756/F. This proposal is intended to be permanent- it has a permanent substructure utility connections and associated siteworks. The modular block consists of 6no. modular classrooms however these are not temporary units; they are a bespoke off-site design specifically fabricated for this site. We also have a rainscreen cladding system which is to be installed over the units alongside the school signage further demonstrating the nature of this proposal as permanent accommodation within the school.
