Full proposal: The construction at the adjacent archway has been opened up and it revealed that the archway plaster surround does not extend but instead former quoin stones have been exposed. Please see photo herewith. My client proposes to make good and reinstate these quoins which appear to be sand/ cement. These would be painted black to match those above.
