Full proposal: Non material change application to planning approval LA05/2022/0458/RM; It is proposed to move the dwelling 3m towards the rear of the site (further away from the road edge) to allow the foundations to be installed to validate the planning approved. (The existing electric pole is in the middle of the foundations for the living area in the position were it was approved and NIE are taking over a year to alter its position therefore being beyond the expiry date for the planning approval) Also a single storey projection to the study (0.9m x 4.2m) is proposed which has been shown to be finished in natural stone cladding.
