Full proposal: The proposal is for a Change of Housetype to site 41 on the extant approved application LA05/2021/0507/F. The proposal is to replace the approved 3storey house with a 2storey split level house. The proposed house type is a split level variation of Housetype H6 (sites 17 & 21 ) already approved on the site incorporating an internal split level to accommodate the level differences of the topography from front to rear.
