Full proposal: The proposal is for a Change of Housetype to sites 8-11 on the extant approved application LA05/2021/0507/F. The proposal is to replace the approved 3storey houses with a 2storey split level house. The proposed house type is a variation of Housetype H3 (sites 2&3) already approved on the site incorporating an internal split level to accommodate the level differences of the topography from front to rear.
