Hours of operation of the facility should be restricted to 0700 - 1900 Monday to Friday 0800 - 1300 Saturday and no Sunday working.The Materials Recovery Facility is made up of 4 planning permissions (Refs. S/2014/0699/F LA05/2016/0359/F LA05/2018/1181/F andLA05/2021/0074/F). The first 3 of the above noted permissions are the subject of a Condition 3 restriction on operational hours. The mostrecent 2021 permission has no restrictions and has operated without any complaints. This application seeks to rationalise all 4 permissions sothat no operational restrictions apply
