Full proposal: Conversion and change of use of an old disused Orange Hall to a single dwelling house. The small roadside porch will be removed and the conversion to a residential property will be entirely internal with no additional external structures being built. Two windows will be converted to patio doors and bi-fold doors to take advantage of the south and westerly facing elevations. Two roof-light windows will be added to the north facing roof to provide natural light on the newly created first floor. The proposal also includes a 2.5m high acoustic wall/gates to the front boundary.
