Full proposal: Application under Section 54 of Planning Ac t (NI) 2011 to vary conditions 7 and 8 of Y/2009/0160/F to extend the numbers of dwellings that may be occupied at Baronsgrange from 100 No. to 130 No. prior to the c completion of the improvement works at Comber Road/Saintfield Road/Church Road. Amendments to be: 7.No more than 130 No. of the dwellings within the development hereby permitted shall be occupied until the works necessary for the improvement of the public road at Comber Road/Saintfield Road/Church Road as indicated on drawing No.121016-GA- 102 Rev.B (Planning Authority Drawing No.67A bearing date stamp 16th January 2014) have been fully completed. All works shall comply with the Design Manual for Roads and Bridges and all other relevant standards and technical guidance. 8.No more than 130 No. of the dwellings within the development hereby permitted shall be occupied until the traffic signal arrangements as indicated on drawing No.121016- GA-102 Rev.B (Planning Authority Drawing No.67A bearing date stamp 16th January 2014) have been fully completed in accordance with details to be submitted to and approved by the Department for Regional Development Transport NI.
