Full proposal: Non material change for previously approved under LA05/2019/0266/F - The proposed changes relate to the Operational Depot Building only and include: Material treatment - elevational change including reduction in blades of brise soleil shutters within frame as approved. Increase in lower ground FFL by 995mm to aid access and egress gradient arrangements with associated reduction in slab height to top three floors to keep increase in overall building height to 585mm. Vertical cladding line spanning the building across the top of the brick pedestal base (with the omission of projecting surround to basement vehicle entrance) to create a stronger separation to lower ground and upper floor sections of the buildings.
