Full proposal: The proposal is for the retrospective development of an Aqua Park. The existing boathouse has been enlarged internally with an additional 4 containers erected on site to provide further administrative retail and storage space. The Aqua Park is inflatable and installed on the reservoir alongside a grandstand. The external works has been altered and a new private access road has been provided.
