Full proposal: This is a section 54 application for variation of conditions 6 and 7 of planning permissions LA04/2019/0732/F and LA04/2020/1231/F for construction of 3 new dwellings (1 detached and 2 semi-detached) and for change of house type. To develop land varying condition 6: All landscaping works shall be carried out in accordance with the a proved details on drawing no. 7 bearing Belfast City Council stamp 16th August 2019. The works shall be carried out prior to the completion of the develo ment unless otherwise agreed in writing by the council. Any trees or plants indicated on the approved scheme which within a period of 5 years from the date of planting die are removed or become seriously damaged diseased or dying shall be re laced during the next planting season wiyh other trees or plants of a location species and size details of which shall have first been submitted to and approved in writing by the council. To develop land varying condition 7 : All trees and planting within the site shall be retained unless shown on the approved drawing as being removed. Any retained trees or planting indicated on the a proved drawings which become seriously damaged diseased or dying shall be replaced during the next Planting season (October to March inclusive) with other trees or lants of a location s ecies and size to be first approved in writing by the Council.
