Full proposal: Erection of three-storey temporary covered escape stair to rear of Blocks C/D of Methodist College Belfast. Temporary Permission for a three-storey external covered escape staircase required to facilitate the refurbishment of Schoolhouse/Block A - Planning ref: LA04/2017/0499/F a and LA04/2017/0927/LBC. The refurbishment of School House Block A is expected to be completed by 2020 however to allow some programme contingency we envisage the temporary staircase will be required for 4 years
