Full proposal: Demolition of existing vacant and partially occupied buildings and construction of new build managed student accommodation for mix of cluster bedrooms and studios above new retail units. The current proposal is for the construction of 60 studios and approximately 130 cluster bedrooms and associated living space. The ground floor has proposed retail for approximately 587sqm with the remainder of the ground floor reception areas and facilities fort eh student accommodation. The first floor has a mixture of accommodation with approximately 150 sqm of amenity shared as well as 64 sqm of ancillary offices and plant room of approximately 82 sqm. There is a further 226 sqm of amenity space in external terraces at second floor level.
