Full proposal: Due to requirements outlined by NI water the proposed MUGA pitch has been reduced in size from 18x36m to 17x34m. This change has therefore reduced the overall length of retaining wall required which now complies with the water wayleave requirments of the existing 1050mm diameter combined trunk sewer. The approximate 0.5m each side of the MUGA pitch will now be used as new banking/sloped landscaping which will tie into the existing foot/cycle path.
