Full proposal: Demolition of all existing storage and workshop buildings (5 no. total) on site and erection of 2 no. identical new stores buildings. Buildings are to be similar in geometry and appearance comprising a portal steel frame structure clad in fibre cement cladding/profiled single skin cladding. The lower part of the external walls will be constructed in reinforced concrete walls cast between steel frames. the external envelope will therefore match existing recently constructed buildings on the Greenmount Campus.
