Full proposal: Non-Material Change to Planning approval U/2014/0306/F (Two storey residential development comprising 8 No. apartments and associated car parking). The new drawings indicate an amended stair layout with individual stairs to each first floor apartment which retains the windows and doors on the front elevation as approved. Access to the ground floor apartments is facilitated by the provision of a new door on the gable. The upper floor window heights have been adjusted by 140mm due to changes in proposed first floor construction and level. This has been achieved with no amendments to the approved eaves and ridge heights.
