Full proposal: Provision of a vehicular access off Knockane Way to a new car park (13 spaces and 2 for disabled drivers) servicing new community allotments. A total of 14no 10m x 5m allotments and 14 no 5m x 5m allotments are proposed. Allotments are to have 3m wide double gates at the entrance and enclosed with a 2.4m high mild steel boundary fence (NK Ibex Elite) with hedge planted on its inside which will grow through the fence and soften it. Allotments are to have an irrigation point (water tap) concrete paths and 7no allotments will have 2m x 2.4m steel sheds provided.
