Full proposal: Reduce the size and alter the position of the previously approved large berm which was located in the south west section of the site between the entrance road and M2 embankment. This was originally proposed to cover an area of approximately 7500square metres and have a maximum height of 2m above existing ground level. We now wish to locate the large berm in the field beside 1 Ballymartin Road. The overall plan area of the berm will now be reduced to 4500 square metres and the maximum height above existing ground level will be 1.5m. The side slopes of the berm will be lower than the existing hedge therefore not visible from the road and not obscuring the residents view of the road.
