A modular ‘pod’ type community hub located underneath the proposed Eastern canopy. New entrances to be created using existing and previously ‘bricked up’ openings in the existing perimeter walls. New function and ancillary spaces within the existing Eglinton Barn. New hard and soft landscaped finishes to the existing yard.
