Full proposal: The applicant used the existing building (originally to be replaced coloured green on the approved plan) for site storage during the construction of the new dwelling and garage. During this time a number of local neighbours have commented that it would be a shame to demolish the old building as it contributed to the overall appreance of the new development. The applicant therefore wishes to establish if it would be possible to retain the existing building restore the slate roof stonework etc. and use it as a storage outbuilding/domestic garage associated with the new dwelling.
