Measurements between 07.00 and 23.00 hours shall be undertaken at the boundary of any residential property?s curtilage nearest to the construction activity. Measurements between 23.00 and 07.00 hours shall be undertaken 1 metre from the fa?ade of any residential dwelling. If access to any residential property is not forthcoming or measurement is not feasible a measurement location and concomitant noise level shall be agreed with Mid and East Antrim Borough Council?s Public Protection Health and Wellbeing Department.
