Full proposal: Discharge of condition no. 7 of planning approval LA02/2020/0308/F - Prior to commencement of works to windows and doors a detailed condition survey and method statement for repair of the following features shall be submitted and approved in writing by the Council in conjunction with HED and the works shall be carried out fully in accordance with the details approved: (a) Windows (schedule including large scale photograph or elevation of each aperture cill detail/materials moulded surround the proposed glazing material and panes colour and finish of frame and means of providing background ventilation note that through frame trickle vents would not be considered appropriate and (b) Internal and external doors including architraves (schedule required as above).
