Full proposal: There is a failed ceiling beam on the first floor where the restaurant operates. The beam will be propped at both ends and then 'jacketed' out to hide the props. These props also need to be supported from the ground floor where 'The Bann Rowing Club' operates. This will include a steel beam for the supports to sit on.
