Full proposal: Proposed amendment to the abnormal haul route previously approved under planning application reference B/2013/0120/F (PAC Ref: 2014/A0169) & LA01/2018/1151/F at the junction of Legavallon Road & Peters Road. The amended abnormal haul route will continue for 1.5km along Legavallon Road joining the Gelvin Road via construction of a temporary access track and all ancillary works on private lands and continuing along 1.9km of the Gelvin Road before joining the previously approved haul route. Minor remedial works to include vegetation trimming & temporary removal of fencing are also required at three pinch points along the Gelvin Road.
