Full proposal: Works consist of the re-location of the existing boiler which is currently situated internally to the kitchen area. Proposed works will see the boiler re-located externally to the bin compound to the rear of the grade B+ listed property. The boiler will be concealed from public view. As part of the relocation there will most likely be the need to create suitable openings for services to the boiler through the existing masonry wall.
