Full proposal: The proposed works are to construct a new bridge over the existing railway line and associated access lanes on each side of the railway line. The purpose is to provide safe crossing for adjacent landowners and enable closure. The bridge structure will be supported on new reinforced earth abutments and the access lanes will be located on new embankments.
