Full proposal: During the demolition works granted under A/2013/0464/DCA the structural engineer was better able to inspect the gable wall of the former 'Talk of the Town' building and he has advised that it is unsafe and poses a Health & Safety risk to members of the public. We propose to take down this dangerous gable and reinstate it to match the proposals already granted under A/2013/0650/F
